Before founding 981 Communications in 2017, I worked in global management consulting firms and boutique creative agencies. My clients range from small companies to Fortune 100 organizations across industries, including pharmaceuticals, healthcare, manufacturing, professional services, and energy.

With 15 years of consulting experience, I’ve developed broad and deep expertise as well as the flexibility and organizational skills to serve organizations in several capacities. Whether I’m working with leaders to build high level strategy or helping teams with hands-on support, I love this work. My toolkit is full of industry best practices as well as the acumen to innovate creative yet practical solutions for overcoming people and process barriers, integrating technology, and culture shift.

I believe that by taking a human-centric approach to change, we not only produce the best results, we also improve the employee experience. The heart of my work is understanding the neuroscience of learning, the talent ecosystem, and individual drivers of wellbeing. We can improve employee engagement and support skill-building when we leverage the culture, processes, and leadership systems that support the workforce.
